Friday 10/10:
Evening welcome reception at
Tailgate Brewery HQ in West Nashville

Join us for brews, light fare, and casual hangs at one of our favorite Nashville spots before the big day! 7pm at the big barn out back. Dress is casual -- whatever you'd normally wear to a brewery on a Friday night. For example, Brock is wearing jeans and a collared shirt.
Saturday 10/11:
A Room with a View

Ceremony at will begin at 4:00pm followed by a cocktail hour with the reception beginning at 6:00 pm. Dress is cocktail / semi-formal. Please arrive 20 minutes early to park and find seating

Song Requests
KC and Brock met the new old fashioned way which is to say they met on the dating app Hinge. Their first date was at Centennial Dog Park where KC was surprised to learn that Kramer, the big black dog Brock had brought to the park, was not in fact Brock’s but his roommate Jays.
KC fell in love with Kramer first, but Brock was a fast follow.
After 4 years, many inside jokes, dance lessons, a pandemic, a few EP releases, a PhD defense, and a million laughs later, Brock took KC to her favorite spot in LA Griffith observatory. After spending 20 minutes wandering around looking for parking, Brock admitted he actually had a parking pass. Very suspicious. The watched a planetarium show and as the sun set he asked her to marry him, surrounded by her family and friends.
They both admit if they had met any earlier, they probably wouldn't have liked each other very much. Sometimes life delivers you the right thing at the right time and they're both grateful to have found it in that dog park in the spring of 2019.

Travel & Accomodations
Our venue, Room With a View, is located close to downtown with many excellent nearby accomodation choices for different budgets. We're fans of the neighborhoods near Vanderbilt and Belmont, East Nashville, West Nashville, and Germantown. Since our venue is centrally located, anywhere you choose to stay in Nashville is likely to be within a 20 minute drive of the venue. There is also free parking at the venue.
We will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville West End Avenue. If you'd like to stay there too, we welcome you to reserve your room using our link. A block of rooms is reserved for our guests up to September. After this date, please contact us or the hotel directly to check for availability.

We know many of you will be travelling from far away to attend. We know how much it takes to make it there between travel, lodging, and days off, so your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for!

- What should I wear?
The dress code is cocktail attire or semi-formal attire. Basically, look nice :) The ceremony and reception will be indoors, and a cocktail hour will be outdoors.
- Are kids invited?
Kiddos within family are invited and should be included within your invitation. If you'd like to bring your kiddo, reach out to KC!
- What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled before the ceremony begins.
- Is there parking available?
Yes! Free Parking is available at the venue. Just look for the old Shell Gas pump.
- What’s the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by September 6th so we can plan accordingly.
- Why Nashville?
We met in Nashville, built our relationship there for 4+ years, and it still feels like home to us in many ways. Also it seemed like a good middle ground between Los Angeles (KC's family) and South Carolina (Brocks Family).
